Investor Relations
AI can already operate.
Company processes are not ready for it.
BiVelio is the governed infrastructure where a company’s processes run with AI. Studio executes every process with policies, agents and human gates. Privacy Gateway keeps what must not leave inside. Savings Layer measures and lowers the cost of every model call. Three entry doors, one account.
Models are more capable and more accessible every quarter. Inside a company, the model is not the problem. The bottleneck is the process around it: which steps it may take, which systems it touches, what data may leave, what each call costs and who authorises the action.
- 1A request comes in
- 2Every step applies its policy
- 3Sensitive data is pseudonymised
- 4The token counter goes down
- 5A human approval releases the action
The protagonist
08:43. A purchase request enters the company.
It crosses five systems, carries two identities, triggers a policy and ends in a decision that cannot be wrong.
To a person, this is a request. To a model, it is a sequence of steps with no state, no memory and no authority. To the company, it is a process with rules, personal data, money and someone accountable for the outcome.

The missing layer
Every AI project rebuilds the same layer around the process.
Today: nine tools, nine integrations, nine points of failure
- Forms
- Scripts
- Spreadsheets
- PII redaction
- LLM gateway
- Prompts
- Email approvals
- Workflow
- Audit
With BiVelio: one governed continuity from request to action
Today companies stitch together forms, scripts, spreadsheets, privacy tools, gateways, prompts and approvals over email. Every new process rebuilds the same infrastructure and opens a new risk surface.
Why is BiVelio not just another workflow tool or another agent interface?
Because the product is not a single function. It is the governed continuity of the whole process: state, policy, privacy, cost and authority, from the request to the action.
Architecture
One infrastructure. Three entry doors.
Studio operates. Privacy protects. Savings optimises.
BiVelio is not three startups under one brand. It is a single journey with three doors in. Studio runs the process: every step with its state, its rule and its owner. Privacy Gateway controls what may leave the environment. Savings Layer controls the economics of every request. A customer can enter through any of the three; governance surrounds the whole operation — it is not a fourth box.
Product proof
One process. Every step traced. Every action governed.

Demonstration values. Costs, timings and identifiers illustrate the product surface; they are not measured results.
Trust does not come from an isolated percentage. It comes from being able to replay the process. Every step records which system it touched, which rule it applied and what it decided. What the policy does not cover does not become an automatic decision: it becomes a review.
Why now
Enterprise AI is moving from answering to acting.
Copilots
Draft · Summarise · Search
Workflows
Check · Route · Prepare
Operations
Decide · Approve · Execute
When AI only drafts a text, an error can be corrected. When it updates a case, sends a communication or initiates a payment, the company needs to know what information it used, what authority it had and who approved the action.
As AI enters production, proving which data it used, which policy it applied and who authorised the action becomes a purchasing requirement.
The transparency obligations of Article 50 of the EU AI Act apply from 2 August 2026 to certain systems and uses. BiVelio supports that evidence trail; it is not an automatic answer to the whole regulation.
Initial market
We start where the process repeats and the error has consequences.
We do not start by trying to transform an entire organisation. We start with one process, one workflow and one measurable economic result. Notaries, tax firms, legal teams and regulated back offices combine processes that repeat every week, sensitive information, costly reviews and decisions that require traceability.
The initial vertical is the entry point, not the limit of the market.
First vertical pack: notaries

We publish the methodology behind our metrics. But we distinguish a benchmark from real usage, and real usage from a commercial contract. Every figure states what it measures, on what sample and on what date. Where a commercial metric is not yet verified, we do not fill the gap with a projection.
Business model
Three entry doors. One account that grows with every process.
- 1
Studio · Governed processes: cases, workflows and agents
Platform contract
- 2
Privacy Gateway · AI traffic under policy
Enterprise licence
- 3
Savings Layer · Measured and optimised consumption
Licence + value component
- How is the first contract won?
- One process, one workflow, one measurable result — or one AI flow that needs privacy or cost control today.
- What triggers the second purchase?
- The second process. And the first time AI traffic touches personal data at scale, Privacy Gateway becomes a policy requirement.
- What raises the ACV?
- Every process that moves into Studio, and Savings Layer turning AI spend into a measured, optimised line.
- What makes usage recurring?
- Processes repeat every week. Every run passes through the same governed path.
The customer does not need to adopt all of BiVelio on day one. It enters through the door where the pain is: a process that eats the team’s week, AI traffic that touches personal data, or a model bill that keeps growing. Each new process moved into Studio raises the value of the account; Privacy and Savings come with the traffic it generates.
Position
BiVelio does not compete to build the best model. It controls how the company’s processes use all of them.

Models and providers

Every process run generates
- a trace of every step
- corrected exceptions
- applied policies
- observed cost and quality
- decisions and approvals
Models will change. Providers will change. The need to govern which steps a process may take, what information may leave, what it costs and what authority each system has will remain. BiVelio is model-neutral because its position is at the company’s control frontier.
The compounding advantage
With the customer’s authorisation, every process improves its rules, policies, exception handling and the relationship between cost, quality and outcome. The advantage is not owning customer data. It is turning repeated operational experience into reusable process infrastructure.
Customer data always belongs to the customer. What BiVelio may reuse, with authorisation, is operational learning: rules, policies and validations, never the content.
- 01
More processes
- 02
More traces and exceptions
- 03
Better policies and validations
- 04
More autonomy, lower cost

Repeatable processes
- Process packs per vertical
- Review console
- Policies per organisation
- Partner distribution
The operating layer
- Multi-process operations
- Agents with bounded authority
- Autonomy Console
- Autonomy Rate per process
The vision does not begin with an autonomous company. It begins with one process that runs well. First we govern that process, its data and its cost. Then we standardise complete processes by vertical. Finally, Studio turns them into an operating layer where agents execute what is repeatable and people keep authority over what is critical.

About BiVelioThe opportunity
The next enterprise layer will not be another model. It will be the infrastructure that lets a company’s processes use all of them with control.

Milestone
A verifiable 18–24 month objective: in the investor memo
This round does not fund a collection of experiments. It turns a technical base that is already built — Studio, Privacy Gateway and Savings Layer — into a repeatable enterprise product: one common architecture, process packs by vertical, distribution and trust controls ready to scale.
Investor memo
Request the investor memo
The memo covers traction, bottom-up market, competition, unit economics, technical roadmap, contracts and IP, legal structure, cap table, the round, risks and use of funds. The page builds conviction; the memo enables diligence.
