Since September 14, 2026, BiVelio has been part of NVIDIA's program for startups building with artificial intelligence. We joined with published research behind us, and what the program puts within our reach goes straight to what matters most to us: making AI work in the enterprise under control, with data kept in Europe and every decision traced.
What the NVIDIA Inception Program is
According to NVIDIA itself, Inception is a free program that guides AI startups through the NVIDIA platform and ecosystem, from prototype to production. It charges no application or membership fees and takes no equity. It is designed for incorporated companies with their own technical team that are building with AI. [Source]

Governed AI, end to end
BiVelio is a GPOS, a governed process operating system: every AI execution lives inside an organization and a project, with its policy, human approval when required and its audit trail. Working hands-on with the NVIDIA stack helps us make sure that governance layer doesn't cost performance.
Document reading on dedicated GPUs in Europe
BiVelio's document reading and OCR run on dedicated GPU servers in Europe —GEX131, with NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell. This is where the program matters most: optimizing inference on that hardware is what lets us read more documents, faster, without taking data out of European infrastructure.
Velio and agents, under control
Velio and BiVelio's agents act with context, permissions and cost limits, and every action goes through the tool gateway before it runs. Better inference means more useful agents without relaxing a single rule.
Research you can verify
We joined with two papers, BV-SALA and BV-PRGA, on what decides whether a company can really use AI: what it costs and what it exposes. The program gives us the means to test our next hypotheses and publish them under the same rule as always: if it isn't measured, it isn't published.
