An experienced compliance officer already knows what cannot be promised. Checking whether we know it too is part of their job — so we start there.

You can outsource the execution of customer due diligence measures. The responsibility to comply stays with you. Any vendor promising to take it on is misleading you, and whoever buys that will find out at the first inspection.
- We do not guarantee your regulatory compliance, because it is not ours to give.
- We do not issue legal conclusions and we do not replace your adviser.
- We do not decide for you: the signing, the filing and the transaction stay yours.
None of them rests on our goodwill: all four can be demonstrated in a demo and audited.
The evidence is there, intact and reconstructible
Every check is recorded with its source, its moment and who approved it. The log is append-only: it is not rewritten, it is chained.
Export always works
The complete evidentiary file comes out in a standard format, without asking, at no cost and without depending on you still being a customer. Committed by contract, with a deadline.
The jurisdiction pack is updated within a committed deadline
A specific number of days from the moment the rules change, with the source cited and dated. A number, not an adjective.
Every assisted decision is reconstructible
Which data, from which source, under which rule, which model and version, who approved it and when. It is what the rules require you to demonstrate.
It is on the plan and we state its real status, because announcing it as available would be the exact opposite of what this page sells.
Professional indemnity insurance
Under evaluation. When it exists, the cover will be published here with its amount.
ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001
We are not certified. What does exist today is infrastructure compatible with SOC 2 Type II, which is not the same thing — which is why we word it that way.
Source code and data escrow
For accounts that require it. Not contracted yet.
This page describes contractual commitments and their real status as of the review date. It does not constitute legal advice.
