Deliver with a trace. And your client's data, at home.

A consulting firm sells two things: judgement and trust. BiVelio turns every project into a stateful process — scope, milestones, approvals —, pseudonymizes names, accounts and identifiers before any AI sees them and leaves the last word to the consultant on everything signed with their name.

Illustrative scenario with fictitious data — it does not come from any client.

How a project flows through BiVelio

The same BiVelio flow, told in the vocabulary of the consultancy: what comes in, what is protected, what it costs and who signs off.

1

The project enters its process

Every engagement opens a project with its process: agreed scope, milestones, deliverables and who approves each one. Every commitment is traced from day one.

2

Privacy protects the client

Names, accounts, identifiers and the client's employee data are replaced with reversible markers before any external AI sees them. The key never leaves your consultancy.

3

Savings measures what it costs

Every query to a model is priced against the provider's own meter. You know what AI costs per project before passing it on — or absorbing it.

4

Studio sets the consultant's gate

The project moves through a stateful flow: what matches the agreement goes through; an ambiguous milestone, a scope that changed or a deliverable that doesn't match the proposal stops before the owner and is recorded.

The hard cases — and what happens to them

What sets a governed system apart from a tool is not the easy case, but where the exception ends up.

A scope that changed by email

The proposal says twelve weeks and an email from the client says sixteen. The difference doesn't resolve itself: it is flagged against what was agreed and waits for the project owner.

Client data that includes third parties

The client's information includes its own suppliers and employees. Everything is pseudonymized before any AI, and what a confidentiality agreement forbids taking out doesn't go out.

The same client under several legal entities

Parent, subsidiary, trade name. Pseudonymisation markers are stable within the file: the AI reasons about the same entity without ever knowing which one it is.

A step the model wants to “skip”

If an agent proposes closing a deliverable without the consultant's review, the policy blocks it. Nothing leaves with your signature unless you approve it.

What gets automated

  • Opening the project and tracking every milestone
  • Controlling scope, milestones, amounts and decisions at every step
  • Pseudonymisation of client data before any AI
  • Cross-checking proposal, plan, hours and invoicing
  • Moving the project forward when every step matches what was agreed

What stays in the consultant's hands

  • Every exception the policy cannot resolve on its own
  • Any scope change against what was agreed
  • The judgement and recommendations in the deliverable
  • Which client data can be used with AI and under which agreement
  • The final sign-off on the deliverable and the invoice

Regulation and trust: what we can state

Only what we already publish and you can verify. The NDAs with your clients remain yours; the gate gives you technical facts to honour them.

Personal data under GDPR and LQPD

Client data and their employees' data are pseudonymised in your environment before they leave; the definition in Art. 4(5) GDPR describes exactly that mechanism. Data hosted in the EU.

Confidentiality, by construction

The external model only sees markers; reconstruction happens in your system. That a client's data never left is not a promise in an agreement: it is a verifiable property of the design.

Project traceability

Every step of the process is recorded, and so is every approval: who, what, when and under which policy. An audit is answered by pointing, not by reconstructing.

Who it is for — and who it is not for

It fits if…

  • Your projects repeat processes that no longer fit manual follow-up
  • You want to use AI on projects without your clients' data travelling to an external provider
  • You need every milestone and every figure in a deliverable to have a demonstrable trace
  • You would rather have doubtful items stop in front of the consultant than an automation that signs on their behalf

It does not fit if…

  • You are looking for a project manager or a time-billing tool — BiVelio is not one
  • You want AI to write the judgement in the deliverable without human intervention
  • Your projects are few and simple: manual follow-up pays off

How it's implemented: a two-week pilot, no project

No migration, no integration up front. We start with one of your real processes, in measure-only mode, and you decide on what you see.

1

Week 1 · your process, nothing touched

Together we pick one repetitive process and trace it step by step: what triggers it, which systems it touches, who approves and where it gets stuck. Savings measures what the AI would cost. You watch; nothing changes yet.

2

Week 2 · the human gate with your team

Together we define what gets automated and what stops in front of a person in your operation, and who reviews. Privacy is switched on in front of the models you already use. The flow runs with your people inside it.

3

Decision · with your figures, not ours

You see how many runs went through on their own, which ones stopped before a person and why, and the cost measured against the provider's meter. If it doesn't pay off, you say so and nothing happens. If it does, the pilot is already the implementation.

Frequently asked questions from consultancies

Does my clients' data reach ChatGPT, Claude or any external model?

No. Privacy replaces it with reversible markers before the request leaves your consultancy; the provider only sees markers and the response is reconstructed locally. If detection is in doubt, the request does not go out.

How do I honour an NDA if I use AI?

What the agreement forbids sending out does not go out: identifiable data is pseudonymised in your environment and you can prove it with a technical fact, not with a policy. The controls are published on the security page.

Does it write the deliverable for me?

No. It governs the project process — milestones, scope, approvals — with a trace; the judgement, the recommendations and the signature on the deliverable belong to the consultant and are recorded.

Can I pass on the cost of AI per project?

Savings measures every call against the provider's own meter, project by project. You know what it cost before deciding whether to pass it on or absorb it.

Bring one of your firm's processes and watch it run.

In the demo we trace one of your processes — with test data — and you see every step with its rule, its trace and its human gate.
